Seasonal Produce Guides

If you’re trying to incorporate seasonal eating into your routine, you're in the right place! Whether you're new to seasonal eating, or you already have a garden or CSA, these monthly guides are here to help everyday home cooks find what's in season and exactly how to use it.

My cooking philosophy is that everybody wins when we choose produce that’s in season and grown closer to home. Not only is it one of the most impactful ways to support the planet and our local farming communities, but it's also more flavorful, nourishing, and budget-friendly. So whether you’re planning a farmers market trip, looking for dinner ideas, or just want to cook more in tune with nature, these guides will walk you through what’s fresh each month. Keep an eye out for sustainability tips throughout the posts!

If you want to look at seasons more broadly, you can also search recipes by season using my recipe index.
