Fall Recipes

Fall is my absolute favorite season for its crisp, cool air and beautiful turning of leaves... but also, because nothing beats fall cooking! You're smack dab in the overlap of late summer produce and apple, squash, and pumpkin season, so it's the perfect time to embrace those flavors with nourishing, wholesome meals.

Once fall rolls around, I'm ready for cozy and comfortable, which means hearty soups with seasonal vegetables (like this Thai butternut squash soup), warmly spiced desserts (helloooo healthy pumpkin chocolate chip bread and cinnamon sautéed apples), and roasted seasonal veg.
