Sauces, Spreads, and Condiments
I’m a sauces-and-condiments girl through and through. In large part because they make food taste better, and also because they’re one of the easiest ways to turn simple, produce-forward cooking into meals that feel complete.
From dips and dressings to pickles and spoonable toppings, these are the little extras that tie everything together: grain bowls, tacos, sandwiches, salads, roasted vegetables, you name it. They’re also one of my favorite ways to reduce food waste, helping you use up herbs, citrus, odds and ends, and that last lonely vegetable in your crisper.
Whether it’s fluffy lemon dill hummus for dipping veggies and crackers, homemade pesto for pasta nights, a bright basil vinaigrette, or a quick jar of pickled red onions, I’m always experimenting with simple ways to make everyday meals more flavorful and practical.
Take a look through my sauces, spreads, and condiments below! And check back often for more easy, seasonal ways to add flavor.
