Wholesome Desserts & Baked Goods

When it comes down to it, I think real ingredients and balance are the key to delicious desserts and baked goods! That means sometimes dessert is just meant to be dessert and our priority is to feed our soul rather than max out our produce intake. That said, we love it when these overlap in recipes like fresh peach crisp or wholesome raspberry lemons muffins.

Real sugar, butter, and flour play a scientific role in baking the best desserts, but we can still choose the best quality ingredients and leave the chemical additives out. That means ingredients like unbleached organic all-purpose flour, regenerative and unrefined sugars, and high quality fats (such as butter and unrefined virgin coconut oil) are all welcome here.
