Winter Recipes
Winter follows a tough season to live up to when it comes to produce, but it is one of my favorite seasons for cooking because it's the season of all things warm and cozy! It's time to put away our cool and crunchy veggie salads, and trade them for soul-warming foods like roasted delicata squash, whole roasted chicken, harissa tomato soup with pepper jack grilled cheese croutons, or healing ginger lime chicken noodle soup.
Winter also encompasses the holiday season -- the best time for traditionally flavored snacks and treats like ginger molasses cookies, easy sourdough croutons, and these incredible rosemary nuts.
