To get you started, this fluffy and easy lemon dill hummus is a reader (and household) fave. For prepping in advance, I frequently take that hummus recipe and make these hummus and veggie snack jars for a perfectly transportable and healthy snack. As far as on-the-go or trail snacks, granola is always energizing and tastes delightful. This simple coconut chia granola is one I make on repeat (and also makes for a great yogurt topping).
